Would they buy this item again? Yes
This item is excellent at removing hard baked on sticky messes like candy, gum, chocolate , or road tar. I highly recommend this product.

This product works very well on almost any surface, This product has never failed me. It removes sticky residue from just about anything. I've personally removed all the tar from a track car, removed the adhesive on a carbon fiber roof used to keep the headliner snug on a 2010 BMW M3. Works well removing sticky residue from the windshield. I recommend and would buy again
