Perhaps I didn't work the product correctly or with enough pressure, but I just could not remove the stubborn water spots. Im guessing they might have etched too deep to be removed. Either way, do not think that this will remove water spots that have been on your hood for years. Probably works for optimally for more superficial deposits.
Works GREAT. Problem is there is nowhere to park to avoid the sprinkler system in my complex.
Hard to imagine, but my car was hit by a sprinkler system while visiting some family recently. By the time I came out to my car that night the water had already baked on the car in the hot summer sun. I immediately ran the car through a touch-less wash but the damage was already done. Fast forward about 10 days of the car baking in the sun, I finally had a chance to try this stuff out. I thought the spots had etched into the paint by now and I was amazed to see that it took 100% of the spots of the paint, glass, and trim! I will definitely being keeping this stuff in my arsenal!

Maybe my windshield is really bad because this did not work. Even on my hood. On the windshield I went as far as using a steel wool pad and it still did not work. At my fathers house where the windows are old it actually did work. Be careful with this as well as it does not say anything about paintwork. It does take some work to get it off as well.
Works well. Some spots do take considerable elbow grease. Also, you may have to wash the car again, as this stuff doesnt easily come off with just a hose.
Used this today on my windshield to remove some waterspots that vinegar couldn't get rid of. This stuff worked great, the windshield is clear and the water just sheets right off. Too bad the window has so many small chips.
I had some water spots on my car, and just couldn't remove it.
with using this, it just disapeared in once. actually I tried twice, and realized that, I have to rub it with a pad for few times to make it work. still, it was a great one!

A few days ago I got some horrible water spots while washing my car. This stuff took them off with ease.
It works fine on paint and plastic. It also works good for taking off dryed PAM off the front end of my car. I love this stuff and I will order another bottle before I move back to Germany.

After reading the label on the water spot remover I was afraid to use on my cars. It really doesn't say if it will damage clear coat so I'll find a few rain spots on an old car to try it first.

I have a black car left over a week exposed to airport sprinklers. I had baked in water spots. After a wash, I still had spots. After using the Remover, they were virtually all gone! Great product for me.
