Hated it. WAY too big and WAY too absorbent. If you've got a big car to wash, you'll have to refill your bucket several times because this thing soaks up all the water AND you'll be worn out because it weighs a ton with all that water. The nap is very deep so that's good, but it's tough to get particles out if anything gets in there. It's so big that you can't easily agitate the entire mitt in a normal grit guard bucket. It also sheds terribly and gets caught in every emblem, crevice and weatherstripping on my vehicle.

I was surprised by the shear size of the mitt when it first arrived. Not only is the mitt incredibly fluffy, it is also about 2 - 3 times larger (width and height) than my old sheepskin mitt bought from this site. I was concerned it was a little too big. The first time I washed the car, it soaked up an entire bucket of water and soap about halfway through the wash. I had much better results the second wash and now I love it! It has been shedding a lot in the washing machine, but so far that is not a big problem.

Since I've become a frequent flyer on Detailed Image's website only the finest products come in contact with my Porsche 997 GT2. This is one of them! Take proper care of it (wash it, rinse it, shake it out, and hang to dry). I use a pet comb to comb out the wool when it is dry to prepare it for next use or storage.

This is the largest and softest wash mitt I have ever owned. The mitt picks up a ton of soap and deposits it on the paint, leaving a thick layer of soap over the surface which eliminates a lot of chances to mar the paint.

My only suggestion is to not use this on a moderate to heavily soiled car. This mitt should be used on pampered vehicles that deserve nothing but the softest wash mitt.

There is no better wash mitt out there, PERIOD!! Super soft, super absorbent! I use this on my own vehicle and high end vehicles (only on the top portion of the vehicle) and it does a great job with a 2 bucket method at keeping swirls to a minimum.

Definitely worth the price tag!

Just got this and tried it out. It soaks up a lot of water and is very comparable to the Dodo supernatural wash mitt. Only complaint is it's made in china.
