I read in the reviews that the Lake Country Red Foam Applicator Pad absorbed too much product and so I kept it away from my expensive wax and instead used it to apply my wheel sealant. It is nice and soft and easy to use. If it absorbed to much wheel sealant then I didn’t notice.

Good pads, have only been using one for a couple weeks so not sure about the longevity but so far so good. Many people said that it absorbs too much product but I don't seem to be having that problem.

the pad is pretty good, but it absorbs some product after a while. might want to try spray some way on the pad prior to using it so not as much product is absorbed. but overall pretty good pad, i like how theres holes on the pad so product can sit there and applied onto the car by giving the pad some pressure.

Good pads.
I used this applicator yesterday with EZ~CREME GLAZE.
Dry pad absorb to much product. so I sprayed water on this pad and then applyed ez~creme glaze on the surface of my car. wet pads doesn't absorb too much product.
I like softness of this pad. I ordered a lot more.

I love these pads their so soft and plush. I didn't feel that they absorbed that much product. Will be ordering a lot more soon.

They work fine but do absorb more than I liked. I'm not yet completely disappointed and have only them once so I will give them another try. quality seems way better than free pads so I'm sure you'll be able to use these a few times before having to replacing them

I like the fact that this pad can hold a lot of wax so I don't have to keep adding some. I can finish a fender in one swipe of the carnauba paste wax.

I have used these for my last few applications and am very happy with them. They hold in a fair amount of product but seem to help me go longer without stopping to re-apply product to the pad.

Much better then other cloth pads. Did not absorb or make it go on like icing. Wax went on smooth and I did not waste any because of the pad. Also with glaze it worked very well. I threw all my other fabric pads away after I used this product.

Used this product yesterday with Jet Seal 109. I agree with Nicholas below in that it REALLY absorbed too much product. I eventually switched to a DI yellow foam applicator and had MUCH better results. With this pad, I was applying way too much product. Oh well, live and learn.

Great pads, so everyone knows you are supposed to apply wax/polish to the side with the craters , it is lake country's ccs tech. helps reduce wasted product etc...

The pads are nice and thick, but I think they absorb to much product. They are much better than the garbage you get for free, but are not as nice as the Pinnacle foam pads. I pay great attention to my cost per application and I have found that the Pinnacle pads help me apply the right amount of product. If you are not concerned with that these pads are easy to use and easy to clean.
