These work very well for correcting defects and finish down quite nicely for the level of cut that they can achieve. I do find that I always need to follow up with a finishing polish (when used on dark paint) as this leaves micro marring on the surface. This is to be expected from a cutting pad when used with a cutting compound, so no complaints. I have also expereinced the issue with the pads separating, luckily the awesome customer support at DI has taken care of the issue right away! Thanks!

Backing continues to come off during normal washing of pads in the washing machine. DI has been great about sending replacements, but Meguiars needs to get their stuff together, literally. Anybody else with these problems?

I have a variety of these Microfiber pads in my inventory now. Best time saver there is when doing that "light buff" for medium to softer paints.

Wow, these are truly a game changer. I've never seen a DA bring such pure clarity to a surface so quickly. Almost as quick as a rotary, but it finishes down so much better so that additional steps are no longer required. Not sure when or if I will ever need to use the rotary again!

This product is a must-have when using the DA Microfiber Correction Compound. It cuts through the most menacing of clear coats with little effort and does it safely. When combined with Meguiar's backing plate, it makes paint correction fast and easy. Proper technique as well as following Meguiar's recommendations on usage are very important to achieve maximum results. The only issue I've seen is that they tend to fall apart if exposed to constant heat from using the DA to long. They need to be cleaned often throughout the correction process to keep them cool and cleaned. This product is great for the detail enthusiast that is doubtful about their Rotary skills and feels much more confident using the DA.
