Product Description

Remove severe paint imperfections with ease with Meguiar's Pro Speed Compound M100! You will be amazed at how well this heavy polishing compound removes the most severe paint imperfections, while finishing down extremely well! With one application you notice the minimal hazing left behind immediately after use! It is highly recommended that you use a dual action or rotary buffer to apply M100, however it can also be applied by hand. Pick up a Meguiar's DA Microfiber Cutting Disc Buffing Pad or a Lake Country Purple Foamed Wool Pad and apply at a lower speed to start off. Bump up the speed as needed and you will be able to remove deep swirls and finer scratches quickly and easily! M100 can be used on all paint finishes, including scratch-resistant and conventional clear coats. It is similar to the Meguiar's Foam Cut Compound M101 but far more affordable! If you are looking for a heavy polishing compound that will finish down extremely well then the Meguiar's Pro Speed Compound M100 is for you!

PRO SPEED COMPOUND
Fast cutting body shop safe compound with advanced technology designed for Professionals.

Directions

DIRECTIONS: SHAKE WELL. For best results, apply to a clean, cool properly cured paint surface.
  1. Set rotary buffer to approximately 1200 - 1800 RPM's and work one section at a time using your favorite Meguiar's Wool Cutting Pad.
  2. Apply Pro Speed Compound (M100) directly to the paint surface and begin working in a 2' x 2' area with overlapping passes. Buff area using light to medium pressure. Reduce pressure when compound begins to dry. Continue working until defects or sanding marks are removed.
  3. Wipe off remaining residue with a Meguiar's Ultimate Wipe (M9910) prior to polishing.
  4. For final polishing, please choose the appropriate Meguiar's Foam Pad and your favorite Meguiar's polish.
PROFESSIONAL TIP: For best results be sure to remove any compound residue off all door jamb areas before moving on to polishing the surface. Additionally, for optimum results clean your pads frequently using either the Meguiar's Pad Washer (WPW) or Meguiar's Pad Conditioner Brush (WPCB).

Megs 100 great bang for the buck! Cuts great with microfiber pads. Does dust, but the cut is amazing.

My go to Compound. And I nearly tried them all!
I use with Rupes 21 & Meguiar's cutting discs with exceptional results.
I was very hesitant to try this as the price seemed too low to be good enough. But i tried a sample 8oz bottle and was literally shocked at what I saw. I quickly reached for my water/alcohol prep spray, to strip any oils hiding or filling scratches. And sure enough it was "true" finish.

Pros:
- Price is unbelievable.
- Cut is right up there with compounds more than twice it's cost.
-Great to use in the sun, it is very moist.
- A little goes a long way.

Con:
- It dusts a little more than I'd ideally love. But it's not the worst I've used, that's for sure. Add in a little Meguiars D300 usually fixes the problem.

This compound is awesome. It works really well with the orbital polisher and the meg"s cutting pads. I find it works well on dark colors and is more aggressive than the correction compound. If you start with a standard buffer and foam pads then Finnish with the orbital the results will impress you. i find the paint to glow after the final step applying the wax product. To cut deep scratches start with a wool pad and step down from there to foam then and orbital. the results are impressive.
