Product DescriptionThe Optimum Microfiber Polishing Pad is one of the most advanced pads on the market. It has the unique ability to remove plenty of surface imperfections but still produce and incredible gloss. The reason it works so well is the quality of materials and their design. The hook and loop backing utilizes an advanced laminating system so it will not delaminate or separate. The white foam backing provides great support to the face of the pad while still being soft enough that it is easy to work with. This pad has limited sway to it so it stays cooler and again it won't delaminate. The advanced microfiber materials will help remove light paint defects and finish the paint down while leaving no haze behind. The microfiber material is very soft and the deep pile helps distribute the polish evenly and effectively. It can be used with a rotary buffer or an orbital buffer. Optimum states that this pad can be machine washed, but we still prefer a hand washing. It is proudly made in the USA as well! So if you want a durable choice that produces exceptional results pick up the Optimum Microfiber Polishing Pad!

Would they buy this item again? Yes
After purchasing a couple of these Optimum MF pads and testing them on a few cars, I decided to order an entire arsenal of these pads to pretty much replace my collection of foam pads. There are a few advantages with MF pads vs. foam pads. First, the MF pads do not "saturate" or soften after repeated use like foam, therefore, you don't need as many pads per vehicle. Clean the MF pad after each panel and the pad acts like new again. Also, because the pads don't saturate you use far less polish or compound. Another great thing about these MF pads is just how slim they are, which means they run very smoothly. Lastly, there aren't 18 different "colors" to buy like there are with foam pads. It's either a cutting pad or polishing pad. No more confusion. No more wasted money on all these different types of foam pads. I can't say enough good things about these pads. Once again, Optimum hits a home run.
