Optimum (OPT) Polish II Product Reviews

The new OP is GREAT! Much more cut than the original OP. Using OP II on the 7424 with a polishing pad, I was able to knock out a lot of swirls and buffer trails on a black BMW 745. I then used it on the new 7424xp with a polishing pad and was amazed how much correction it was able to perform on a black Licoln Mark LT (re-badged F150). OP II now allows me to do some real correction in just one step because it cuts and finishes so well! This is one of my favorite polishes!

I just used this as a first step on my Dark Shadow Gray 2003 Cobra. The paint was already in good shape, I just wanted to make some minor corrections and figured I'd try this before a harsher product. It worked GREAT!! This stuff is so easy to use and is one of the most versatile products I have. I used it with an orange "light cutting" pad and a Porter Cable 7424 and the correction results were better than I ever expected. I've also used it with white "polishing" pads on surfaces that needed little to no correction and with very little pressure and low RPM's it leaves a super glossy finish to apply wax or sealant to.
