Poorboy's World Quick Detailer Plus (QD+) Product Reviews

This is a really great product. Adds a depth to the shine that I have not seen with other products. As a bonus the smell is amazing. One thing is make sure you use a microfiber towel to remove to prevent steaking.

Poorboys' puts out a great glaze and this QD is no different. Best used after a wash, I kept it shaken up and applied with a microfiber towel. I have used it to remove some road dust with success.

My weekend toy is black and I like it to look dark and wet. To that end I've been using Megs Gold Class (LSP) because of the wet shine it leaves. Unfortunately nature likes to cover up that shine with dust, pollen and bird crap. Thats where I find a quick wash and a quick detailer come in handy. There are alot of quick detail sprays that are good for a quick wipe down to remove dust or bird crap. My limited experience is that most leave you with what you had before the dust in terms of appearance. There's nothing wrong with that, but what if you could get more? Recently I started using Poorboys QD+ Spray. Unlike other quick detailers, it leaves a black car looking darker, richer and wet. It does require a little more care in its application then a standard quick detailer. As opposed to just a spary on and wipe off, you need to buff a little as you would with a quick wax, but not to the same degree. So if you're looking for something that packs a little more punch then a standard QD, but doesn't require as much dilligence as a quick wax, I think you'll be very happy with this product.

Excellent product. Goes on easy & leaves a nice slick surface with minimal effort. I use it after washing.

Phenomenal product! I may as well throw out a bunch of other stuff that I was using because this is far superior in wipe down and slickness.

Great product, does leave a nice shine and slick surface, i use it after a wash between waxing, smells like grapes.

This stuff REALLY does leave your car looking like you just detailed it. The scent is so addicting, it makes me want to QD every car in the neighborhood.

I fully agree with the comments above. The QD+ was the first of the Poorboy's products that I used and it worked so well, that I have purchased sealants, wax, polish, swirl remover and restore from Poorboy's.

I don't review alot, but when I'm impressed with a product, I'll give it it's props. This stuff is real nice.
I bought this at the same time as pinnacle spray wax that was almost twice as expensive and probably half as good! I think I've said enough.
