Detailed Image does not accept the return of any tool or machine. If you have a problem with these products while they are covered by the manufacturers warranty we respectfully ask you to contact them directly. This will expedite the warranty work and assure that you get the fastest service possible from the manufacturer.
Unfortunately we can not accept any tool return for a variety of reasons, some of which are listed below:
- We can not ensure the tool has not been abused or misused.
- We have no way of verifying a unit's authenticity. A different unit could be returned than the one that was originally sold.
- We are unable to fully test tools to determine whether there is truly a defect, or whether the buyer was simply "renting" or "testing" the equipment.
