22ple VS1 Final Coat Product Reviews
Professional Detailer Reviews
The depth and gloss left behind after VS1 is used on top of a coating is intense. VS1 Final Coat will give a coated surface a slick feel and give it additional hydrophobic properties to aid in an amazing level of water beading.
I'm very pleased with VS1 Final Coat and see it becoming a regular for sealing purposes. Whether topping a coated vehicle or using as a sort of spray sealant, it should have good durability and look great, with a completely painless application process.

Great stuff! Recently applied over ceramic coating and it makes the finish pop!
Great product. Did exactly what I needed it to do.
My search for the best product I've ever used is over. The shine and depth of the paint on both of my Corvettes is second to none. I highly recommend VS1 Final Coat for anyone that is looking for product that does what it says it does.
Real nice product for maintaining any 22ple coating. It leaves a nice slick finish and nice gloss. It has nice hydrophobic properties and a good self cleaning effect. Easy to use with a simple wipe on wipe off.
Takes a little more effort than a simple QD, but applying VS1 was a simple task using the instructions on this site, with a quick buff a couple minutes later, and having no streaking as I've had to deal with other sealants in the past. I was surprised that it took well more than an hour after application for the VS1 to cure and start to gain some of the slickness I was expecting -- it was great the next morning. The result is still not as slick as another sealant I previously used, but it's performance and appearance thus far is good and is a keeper. My old sealant has been eliminated from my arsenal. Only VS1 remains.
I was nicely surprised and I can't wait to place my next order when I run out. I have become a strong believer in 22PLE. So far, it is the best I have tried.
I bought this product searching to replace CAR PRO RELOAD AND YES! So much easier to work with and dear lord the depth it adds to the paint is ridiculous! If you love reload! You will get rid of it after this product!
This product works perfect! It is super easy to use. NO streaking, No problems. It adds gloss and protection. It feels like a SUPER high quality product. It also repels dust very well. I am looking forward to layering this on my "Show Car ". I am so happy I gave this a try. WAY better than I expected! Thanks DI for carrying this High Quality item. Happy customer!
I have used reload as my coating topper for a while now it tends to streak down my painted camper top on my pick up truck and it tends to streak and leave blotchy areas on some paints. I have not had any problems with VS1 and it leaves a nice smooth finish. I dont know which one lasts longer.
I have traditionally used CarPro Reload as my coating topper but wanted to try this VS1 out. The VS1 goes on easier than Reload (less streaking/wiping) and leaves a decently smooth finish. Reload leaves a noticeably smoother, silkier, finish than the VS1. At any rate, I think VS1 will be a keeper due to its ease of use compared to the Reload (streaking is really annoying on darker cars).
I really like this stuff! I use it on garage queens. It's durable enough to use by itself but it's a great "topper" to any 22ple Glass Coat and actually adds to the coating and will build up. So that's a great up sell point.
I applied the 22PLE VX Pro2 glass coating to my new car a couple weeks ago and then finished it off with the VS1 Final Coat. I must say that I am very pleased with the results and I'm glad I didn't just do the glass coating by itself. The VS1 as a top coat really adds a significant amount of slickness and gives it that super smooth feel that many of the waxes and sealants provide. The glass coating itself is what provides the real protection for the car but was not all that slick to the touch (though still very competent at shedding water due to the hydrophobic properties). However, the VS1 final coat is the perfect complementary products because it gives the slick, smooth feel that most people desire and even helps to preserve the glass coating and add an additional barrier of protection. It's definitely worth picking up the VS1 Final Coat product if you're planning on using a glass coating on your vehicle. A little bit of the VS1 goes a long way too so you should get several applications even with the smaller size bottle (depending on the size of your vehicle). I highly recommend the 22PLE products. If you're going to do a glass coat on your car don't hesitate to buy the VS1 Final Coat as well. You'll be very pleased with the results.
VS1 gives a wet and shiny look just like carnauba, but it also adds protection and is the ideal follow-up to organic coatings. When used in that way, the look and beading is that of VS1, while the paint protection is the sum of the VS1 and the underlying coating. Optically, the VS1 is a huge improvement on coating alone. It lacks the warm glow that carnauba wax is known for, but is just as shiny and wet looking as carnauba. It will look the same on uncoated cars, but of course provide less protection.
Other than a top-up for coatings, it can be used to correct mistakes within a few hours after the application of the ceramic coating.
I also use the VS1 on the inside of my windshield for easier grease removal.

I applied this spray today on a freshly washed car and it leaves an amazing smooth feel. I have had the 22ple vx coating on it for a couple of months now and the glass coating still sheets water. This spray seems like it will make maintenance a lot easier. I don't know how long this will last but so far so good. The feeling on the car is like a freshly clay barred clear coat. So smooth! Depending on how it works I may go without the glass coating. We'll see!
This seems to work very well. I would use this with the 22ple pro glass stuff every two months. Easy to apply and easy to buff off with a polisher. I think that I will probably stop using the 22ple pro glass stuff and just stick with this product since I wash my car so much anyways.
I will be buying this product again after I am done with the first batch.

It seems to work well. I applied it over the VX3 glass coat to give the finish a more lubricious feel. I don't have any feedback on longevity yet.

Application was easy but I don't believe I did it correctly. The application instructions above make no mention of drying/curing time. So I just applied the product and about 30 seconds later wiped it off. It was very easy but maybe too easy.
I later saw a review of this product on the DI Blogs and see that it needs 3-5 minutes to dry before being buffed off. If this is the case, please add this info the application instructions above. I'm curious if there is any downside to me having wiped on and off my whole car without the prolonged dry time. I wonder if there is any effectiveness of the application in the way I had done it.

I have tried many spray on sealants (MIgliore, Chemical Guys, Ziano) and this has to be the easiest of all of those I have tried. The spray pattern and size of the particles from the nozzle make it so easy to apply and remove...this is all I'm going to use from now on (applied to paint with and without 22PLE coating).
