Business Owners – What Some People See But Don’t Realize

Business Owners - What Some People See But Don't Realize

You should be cautious judging a book by its cover anyway in all areas of life.  Some people will see content on my social media channels and assume clients came to me immediately expressing intent to detail their exotic or weekend car.  I see quite a few daily driven cars, even by car owners who later reveal their $200,000 car.

The owner of this BMW had a bad experience with another detailer before he reached out to me.  I planned on initially the BMW and ultimately arrived for the black Porsche 911.

Although this is a little bit of an outlier as it is not cheap this is a picture of a Sprinter van.  After detailing with a ceramic coating, I detailed this client’s GT3 RS.

Prior to discussing a Z06, I was working on his son’s car.  Seeing is believing.  Seeing the dedication, along with continuous communication made a questionable experience become aspirational.  Restoring a 10-year-old black car led to curiosity from a father about what I could do with his Corvette.

People Talk. While many business owners are scrambling to find new clients, there are benefits to having connections to existing clients beyond the also important talking points.  Many of these clients that you treat well, get promotions and newer more luxurious cars.  Prior amazing experiences and continuous customer support can be the best automatic up-sell.
