Tornador Z-007 & P&S Carpet Bomber: A Powerful Combo for Dirty Trunks

Sometimes a detailing combo just clicks … the right tools, the right cleaner, and the right technique coming together to make a dramatic difference. That is exactly what happened when I paired the Tornador Z-007 with P&S Carpet Bomber on an extremely dirty trunk. While this is not a perfect detail (an extraction is truly needed), it is a perfect example of how much improvement you can make with a simple setup.

The Combo That Does Work

I started by spraying P&S Carpet Bomber across the trunk carpets. Carpet Bomber is already a favorite of mine, its citrus-based formula and biodegradable, which does a fantastic job loosening dirt, sand, dust, and organic grime without harsh odors or residue.

Once the product had a minute to work, I grabbed a carpet brush and agitated the surface. This step helps break the bond between the embedded debris and the carpet fibers, making the next step incredibly effective.

Enter the Tornador Z-007

With its strong, directed air flow, the Z-007 blasted through the loosened contamination. Dirt, dust, dog hair, and debris came flying out of the fibers, revealing clean, refreshed carpet beneath. This is where the photos will truly shine, the amount of material that lifts out is always impressive, especially from a trunk that looked like it had seen it all.

What This Method Accomplishes

Using the Carpet Bomber, Brush, and the Tornador Z-007 combo, you can:

An extractor would be the next step if your goal is to leave the surface as close to “like new” as possible. Extraction would pull remaining residue, dirt, grime, and moisture from deep within the carpet
