There has also been a slight change to the very popular Porter Cable 7424XP<\/a>. Very quietly Porter Cable has switched out the standard counterweight in these machines and they are now stock with 6″ counterweights<\/a> instead of the 5″. This allows you to really use any size pad and backing plate combo without having to worry about using the larger counterweight with the larger pads.
