Yet another great product from 22ple with which we got to play with before it hit the shelves.\u00a0 Unfortunately I don’t have any photos at this time, but hope to add some very soon.\u00a0 I could probably get away with simply typing “great product, definitely buy it” and sign off on the article.\u00a0 However, that wouldn’t be fair to the readers, so I’ll try to elaborate a bit more :).\u00a0 For those new to 22ple coatings, my recent review of their VX3 coating<\/a> may be a good read as well.<\/p>\n

As with all the 22ple products, HPC<\/a> is extremely easy to use.\u00a0 Simply apply to a section of paint for about 3 minutes and then remove with a clean microfiber towel.\u00a0 Do this a few times and you will have coated the entire car in no time.\u00a0 As with the VX3 coating, the time between application and removal is very consistent and doesn’t change much when temperatures get too high or too low.\u00a0 From my experience it worked great when removed after 3-4 minutes, but I did only use it between 70-75 degrees.\u00a0 Even if you let it sit on the paint for too long, re-applying the product and quickly wiping off removes any sticky residue.<\/p>\n

Once applied to the entire car, you have the choice to apply more coats after 12 hours or simply wait to hours finish it off with the VS1 Final Coat.\u00a0 Even without the VS1 application, the HPC produces a very glossy surface even on perfectly prepped and polished paint.\u00a0 The beading and cleaning characteristics are some of the best I’ve seen and make drying a car a breeze.\u00a0 I’ve only been able to test the durability for a few months now, but after about 3 months it looks like it did after the first day.\u00a0 The beading is typical off 22ple and I’m eager to see how long it will last.\u00a0 Considering I’ve seen well over 1.5 years with other 22ple coatings before we polished and re-coated the vehicle, I have no doubt I’ll see well over 2 years with just one coat of HPC.<\/p>\n

Overall I’m very pleased with the 22ple HPC<\/a>, but then again I expected nothing less.\u00a0 It’s a great product that’s VERY easy to apply and performs on par with pro-only coatings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
