Other proven brands of iron removers in the 500 ml size bottle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.detailedimage.com\/Gyeon-M91\/Iron-P1419\/500-ml-S1\/\">Gyeon Iron $20.99<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.detailedimage.com\/CarPro-M53\/Iron-X-Iron-Remover-Lemon-Scent-P859\/500-ml-S1\/\">Carpro Iron X $19.99<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Application Process<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-28767\" src=\"https:\/\/www.detailedimage.com\/Ask-a-Pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191027_010842-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"sprayed-on-igl-ecoclean-iron\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.detailedimage.com\/Ask-a-Pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191027_010842-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.detailedimage.com\/Ask-a-Pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191027_010842-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.detailedimage.com\/Ask-a-Pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20191027_010842-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The product is of a gel-like consistency and upon application, the infamous odor is light.\u00a0 That is significant for several reasons.\u00a0 First, I cannot emphasize this enough, shake the product well.\u00a0 The instructions suggest agitating the product soon after with a microfiber towel.\u00a0 Agitation has been suggested for other products, but for this product to really work it will likely be a necessity.\u00a0 Spreading this type of product with a microfiber will help get more even coverage as well.\u00a0I learned quickly based upon your preference this can be another advantage or a disadvantage for you.\u00a0 The disadvantage being this product will not rinse off quite as easily as other iron removers.\u00a0 It may not be a burdensome process, but you should be mindful to be more thorough or possibly wash the car a second time.\u00a0 I would even recommend a second wash of the car afterward to make sure the product has been removed.\u00a0 On a positive note, as a result of the gel-like consistency, you likely will have more control over the application (i.e. where the product goes).\u00a0 If you only want to spray a specific area, this may be the right product for you.\u00a0 I have seen some color change before and after agitation as pictured above.\u00a0 Even after spreading the product with a soapy mitt I could still see the product continuing to work.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>I have tried my fair share of iron removers and this looks to be a respectable alternative.\u00a0 If the smell does not bother you and you prefer your current method of applying an iron removing product, especially because of the price point and unique application, this product may not be a practical option for you.\u00a0 But if you are looking for a unique alternative, I believe IGL Ecoclean Iron to be worthy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IGL Ecoclean Iron &#8211;
