So, you want to wash your car, but you don\u2019t have access to a hose or power, what are your options? It used to be you either do waterless washing, which has its limitations or would need a professional setup of the water tank, pressure washer and a generator. But what if I told you there was an alternate option. What if I told you that you could have a pressure washer with no hose connection, no cord and only required a bucket of water? If it was the Salem Witch Trials, I\u2019d probably be burned alive. But its 2020 and we have the technology.<\/p>\n

This is the WORX Hydroshot and is an absolute game-changer for people in this exact situation. Maybe you live in an apartment or maybe you are doing mobile detailing and don\u2019t want to invest in the equipment needed and the large van to carry that equipment for traditional washing.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s it. Battery-powered for power supply and a simple pickup tube w\/filter for water supply. So, grab a couple of 5-gallon buckets with gamma seals, fill it up at home and boom, you\u2019re ready to go. Super light, so you can easily move around the car. Grab a bucket dolly and you\u2019ll really be rolling. Run time is 1-2 hours and charge time is about 1.5 hours. They have larger batteries as well for longer run time. Also compatible with other Worx tools if you\u2019re into that.<\/p>\n

The standard nozzle it comes with has 5 different spray angles and maxes out at 320 psi at 0\u00b0. I find the 25\u00b0, which is about the pressure coming out of your hose w\/ a sprayer attachment, is perfect and still gives you plenty of power. Insider tip detailing doesn\u2019t require a ton of psi, you\u2019re not cleaning concrete here.<\/p>\n

The nozzle itself connects to the wand with a special quick connect that only fits their attachment, They do have a foam gun-type attachment. This is where it falls short of a pressure washer as the higher the psi, normally, the thicker the foam, so it is between a foam cannon and a foam gun. But it\u2019s not a replacement for people who use a pressure washer daily, it\u2019s a huge upgrade for the people who are forced to waterless or, even a coin-op if it\u2019s really dirty.<\/p>\n
