Many reading this will be looking for a detailer or connected with the detailing industry, but I believe this advice is valid for anyone looking for any kind of high-quality service.<\/p>\n

Nearly if not all detailing businesses that have caught my attention or I could tell wow most of their customers have a story about the owner.\u00a0 When I say the story, I mean what inspired that person to start a business.\u00a0 What keeps them going?\u00a0 What fulfills them is providing these services.\u00a0 It provides, without them telling you that generic ‘we’re the best’ clues as to what makes them stand out.\u00a0 Many iconic businesses have a history.\u00a0 Even those businesses that have seemingly lost their luster, can be attributed to the original owner selling his or her business.\u00a0 That person may have adopted some of the tangible business strategies but may not have had the same heart and soul that fueled what made the business popular.<\/p>\n

When I made my YouTube video, Who Is Mirror Reflections Auto Spa, it was centered around a letter I would write to the viewers telling my story.\u00a0 “I started as an enthusiast.\u00a0 I quickly realized what I was doing was different from the norm.\u00a0 I saw a need for a detailing service for enthusiasts who see their cars as more than just a means from point A to B.”\u00a0 A friend of mine asked me about the hard and easy parts of making that video.\u00a0 I said the easiest part by far was the letter, that came naturally.\u00a0 What is your favorite detailer’s story?<\/p>\n

Many people who claim to want quality look at reviews the wrong way.\u00a0 The ‘why’ in someone’s feedback has become underappreciated.\u00a0 Lower attention span and impulsive conclusion jumping leads to poor buying decisions.\u00a0 I have made a few decisions in part due to someone’s negative feedback.\u00a0 I have made many more purchase decisions based on the depth in which several people have praised a certain product.\u00a0 There are going to be people who say but generally do not care about quality.\u00a0 I am referring to people who shop for passably lower-tiered quality service at the cheapest price.\u00a0 Many of these people at a greater volume may leave a blank Five Star review, or feedback about having the best prices.\u00a0 But those premium providers that have clients looking for the best will have long thoughtful reviews going in depth about their experiences.\u00a0 This is also in part due to many of those customers also putting a great deal of thought into who they will trust with their cars.\u00a0 Reading the reviews provides you with great insight to whom a business caters to.<\/p>\n

Especially for specialty services, a service feeling simply transactional versus personable speaks volumes about the quality of service provided.\u00a0 If you inquire about certain services, and there does not seem to be a need to gauge what is in your best interest or there is a focus on what one product can do, that behavior is not going to be consistent with how a luxury service provider operates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
