This product does the job. Works really well on bugs.I didn't really have much tar on my vehicle. I used it primarily to remove bird droppings. It worked pretty well on that, but still took a bit of scrubbing to remove, and naturally due to the acidity, there will be more polish work in my future. Some flock of birds had a heyday from the tree overhanging my driveway. I don't know that it left my paint as though it had just been clay-barred (as some other reviewer said), but it is a bit more aggressive and seems to find a nice compromise between a gentler everyday carwash/shampoo and a product that might be overkill. I would recommend it.

Generally I'm happy with CG products but not so much with this product. I normally wash my truck at least every other week. The spring brings out lots of bugs here in NH and my large Tundra grill seems to kill several hundred during their hatch so I decided I need a bug cleaner. I diluted 4:1 with sub par results with the bugs having been on there for only 2 days.Then decided full strength would give better results. Nope. Just didn't seem to have any effect at softening and removing the bugs. I wanted to believe it was working but it just wasn't cutting it. Going to try 1Z and hope for better results.

This product is great, works very good even when highly dilluted like 8:1, i spray it on lower area of bumper, mirrors, bottom section of doors, removes all bugs, dirt, etc. Really nice because it allows you to clean your car faster, more efficiently and does not cause scratches. Good to have in your arsenal.

I have only used it once but I was impressed with how well it worked. I only had some light tar spots on that wash but they came off only a very gentle scrubbing.

Great product! I use it diluted 8-1 and it is plenty strong to remove bugs off the front of the car. Just spray is on and let is sit for a few minutes and spray off. Most of the bugs come off when rinsing. I then spot treat the stubborn areas before I wash with soap and they are gone for sure.

Bought some of this stuff, diluted it, used it on the front bumper and forward-facing surfaces before my wash. No bug residue was present and no scrubbing was required. I look forward to seeing how it does as I continue to use it.

Absolutely a must gave product to make the wash jobs much easier. No scrubbing the bugs off when this stuff is applied.

Product is awesome. I use it along the bottom of doors and fenders for every detail. The paint will feel like a claybar was used on it after you wash it off. I would encourage chemical guys to make a bigger bottle of it though. It's a pain to keep buying $10 bottles after only 4 or 5 details.

Great stuff, haven't anything BUT this for removing bugs... In fact I just bought another bottle.

Best bug & tar remover I've ever used. I had gum on a side panel, and the insane summer heat had baked it on. I sprayed this product on, waited a few minutes, and the gum came off with minimal effort. When sprayed on dried tree sap, it wiped right off. Fabulous!

This was a great product to start the cleaning process with. I use it on my bumper, front fenders and rocker panels. It defiantly helps in removing the unwanted bugs. I found myself spending less time picking at bugs during the shampooing process.

Works so well, so easy to use. Just spray it, wait for 1 or 2 min. wash it with water.
it just wipes out all of the tar.

This stuff rocks! I have looking for something to remove pine sap and this product just melts it away. It is also very easy on the finish and doesn't seem to strip any wax away.

Fantastic product. When I come back from long trips with hundreds of bugs smashed to the front end of my car I spray this on, give it a little time to work and wash it off and the front end is nice and clear.

This stuff works wonders! It melted the old dried on bugs. It also did wonders on the fresh dead bugs.
