The Griot's Garage Surface Prep Cleanser helps you quickly remove polishing oils and other residues from the exterior of your vehicle! After thoroughly cleaning your vehicle, the surface can look clean but hard to see residues and oils could be lurking. If you are applying a wax or sealant, these oils generally do not hurt the application process, however, with coatings it is imperative that you remove these oils as they can negatively impact how a coating cures to the surface. Just mist Surface Prep Cleanser onto the surface and wipe it away with a clean microfiber towel. After a few wipes, you'll see and feel a squeaky clean shine that you can apply any form of protection on top of. Directions
Working in small sections, spray Surface Prep Cleanser directly onto a clean, cool, and dry vehicle's surface. Wipe with a Microfiber Plush Edgeless Towel or other suitable microfiber towel using low pressure and overlapping passes. Rotate towel frequently, and do not allow Surface Prep Cleanser to dry on the surface. Swap to a fresh towel if your towel becomes oversaturated.
