This product is every detailers dream. It helps cut time and lifts those hard stains out of carpets and seats. With little water this extractor can really work wonders. I highly recommend.
10 years ago, these extractors were built to last. Not anymore. I have purchased four of these machines. First two, no problems. The last two, the quality HAVE GONE DOWNHILL. Using the extractor, we are getting constant vapor lock while the machine is heating, and the pump will not shut off. It runs constantly if the switch is on. Contacted Mytee C Service, only to get no service at all. Lesson learned. Don't waste your money.
