Trevor Spedden of Critical Details takes care of this Jet Black BMW 328XI! The soft Jet Black paint had severe swirl marks throughout the paintwork and required a two-step paint correction with the Rupes 15ES. Menzerna Intensive Polish was used on an orange Lake Country buffing pad for the compounding stage and Menzerna PO85RD was used on a grey Lake Country buffing pad for the polishing stage. After 10 hours of compounding and polishing only a few random isolated deep scratches remained in the paint. Overall, Trevor was able to achieve around a 90% level of correction including the RIDS. A total of 19 hours were required to fully detail this BMW 328XI!

New Detailed Image Products!

We here at DI are excited to announce that we are finally carrying GTechniq! Take a look at some of the products we decided to carry from them below, along with a few other products we have recently added!

GTechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer – is a nano-active quartz coating that chemically bonds to your vehicles paintwork. This protective film stands between the elements and the vehicles finish, protecting it for up to 10 times longer than traditional paint sealants!

GTechniq EXOv2 Ultra Durable Hybrid Coating – is a semi-permanent paint coating that will protect virtually any surface of your car! It works great on its own, however for maximum gloss, depth, and protection layering it on top of the C1 Crystal Lacquer is highly recommended!

We have added 8 other great GTechniq products, so do not forget to check them all out here!
