High quality microfiber is one of the most important tools in a detailer’s arsenal of products. The Black and Yellow Towel is one of my most used microfiber products. I have quite a large supply of these towels and have found them to be great for many tasks.
This 407GSM towel features a two sided design that has a shorter nap (as seen in the following photo) on one side and a longer, more plush nap on the other. The towel is tag-less, so you don’t have to worry about potential marring from a tag or having to remember to remove the tag before use.
My main use for this towel is for removal of compounds, polishes, sealants, and waxes from the painted surfaces. The soft, high quality towel has proven to be very safe on even the most delicate paints. The shorter nap makes quick work of safely removing more stubborn residue, and the plush side (seen below) works great for reaching dust particles in cracks and crevices. This towel is also great for rinse-less washing, quick detailers, general interior cleaning, and much more.
Within my collection of Black & Yellow towels, I have many that have been used regularly for quite a long time. The towels are in fantastic shape and are still very soft. The bound edge helps to prevent fraying, which means these towels will be very durable when properly cared for.
