We are excited to introduce the new Rag Company items from SEMA 2026, DLS (Detail Lighting Solutions) and AMD (Advanced Microfiber Detergent)! DLS is a new lighting line from The Rag Company, developed in collaboration with Next LED. While AMD is a microfiber shampoo designed to not only clean, but protect delicate microfiber during the wash process.

Advanced Microfiber Detergent

The Rag Company Advanced Microfiber Detergent is specifically formulated to clean and care for the microfiber towels and tools detailers rely on every day.

Effectively removes difficult contamination from modern spray sealants, resin-based products, and advanced detailing chemistry
Cleans the entire substrate of the towel, not just the surface, preventing brittle, hydrophobic, or starched fibers
Utilizes a specialized blend of surfactants to minimize fiber damage from cleaning and heat cycles
Maintains optimal post-wash towel feel, perceived rinsability, color retention, and maximum absorbency
Developed over eight months through approximately 30 formula iterations combining hands-on microfiber expertise and masterful chemical formulation
Blended and bottled in a specialized, state-of-the-art facility in the Northwest for consistent professional-grade quality

Designed with detailers in mind, the DLS lineup features several thoughtful upgrades that make working in the shop easier and more efficient. The headlamp offers simplified on/off operation with high and low brightness settings, while the handheld light features clearly labeled color temperature settings for easier adjustments. All DLS lights also feature fast charging to help minimize downtime and keep you working.
