We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding tools and masks (see below). All returns must be accompanied by our return form below and be shipped to one of our addresses listed below.
We do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase, however if you used PayPal as your payment method you may be eligible for a refund on return shipping. See their website for more information.
Tool Returns & Service
Detailed Image does not accept the return of any tool, machine, or item shipped directly from the manufacturer at this time. Each manufacturer has specific guidelines and processes that need to be followed if they accept returns or need to service your tool. Masks & Filters
For the safety of our employees and our customers, all mask and mask filter sales are final. Returns of these items will not be accepted.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We request that you contact us before you ship us back any incorrect or damaged items. We will give you the option of a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional charge.
