We here at Detailed Image pride ourselves on providing our loyal customers with not only high quality detailing products, but high quality detailing information and tutorials. Over the years we’ve been trying to work on a Detailing Dictionary but we haven’t been able to complete it until now! The key to getting this done was a group effort led by our very own Ask-A-Pro Blog Author Greg Gellas, along with help from fellow Ask-A-Pro Blog Author, Chad Raskovich, and C. Charles Hahn of CCH Auto Appearance and the DI Team. This dictionary has come together faster than we could have ever expected due to their hard work . If you have come across terms such as, blotting, flash point, GSM, hook and loop, layering, etc. and did not exactly know what they meant, this dictionary is a great reference tool. The definitions are just meant to define the terms from a detailing standpoint only, they are not general definitions. Click here to check out our entire dictionary, which will now always be featured in our Detailing Guide!
Speaking of the Detailing Guide, we have some new additions we’re excited to share with the detailers! Ivan Rajic put in some hard work writing each of these sections to help provide you with high quality information on Coatings, Decontamination Pads and Iron Removers. In these sections you will find an overview, how to use these items, and some suggestions on his favorite products, along with products to use with them.
We hope you enjoy this new resource and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask them below!
