We will make every effort to provide you with timely and detailed advice. In order for us to help you there are some options listed below that will guide you towards getting the answers you need efficiently as possible.

Status of Order
Where is my order or tracking #?
Detailed Image ships orders out Monday through Friday (excluding some Holidays). Assuming there are no back ordered items your order will ship out in one business day and sometimes the same day you place your order. When we process your order you will receive the FedEx tracking # at the e-mail address you provided in your account. Sometimes junk e-mail filters will block these e-mails so please check your junk e-mail folder and filters. When FedEx picks up the order they scan the tracking # in their system and you can begin using tracking information. You can also access your tracking # going on the My Account page and your order information and tracking # will be listed there.

Shipping Quote
We are happy to provide you an exact shipping quote. Giving you an exact shipping quote requires your exact address, weight of the items you are purchasing and shipping method (Ground, Express, etc). Detailed Image's website sends your order information to FedEx to determine the costs. The most efficient way to get a shipping quote is to gather the items you want to purchase in your shopping cart and click "Checkout". Then fill out your address and proceed to the next step where you will be presented with shipping options and their respective prices for you to review. We can not adjust the prices of shipping or changes methods from what is offered on our site. We respectfully request that you do not e-mail us to find out the shipping costs unless you're experiencing an error or there are extenuating circumstances.

Site Security and Credit Card Security
When you enter sensitive information like a credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using 128-bit secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also do not store your credit card information in our database. We store only the information that you give to us when you Register (name, email address, physical address, etc.) We DO NOT store your credit card number, nor do we ever see or have access to your credit card information. All credit cards are processed by the extremely safe and secure PayPal Payments Pro service. During an order, PayPal simply tells us whether the information you entered is correct (in which case we process the order) or incorrect (in which case we tell you that there has been an error). PayPal charges your card in our name and deposits the funds into our account. We believe that this results in the safest shopping experience possible for our customers.
Payment Options
We accept payments from all major credit cards and PayPal accounts. To submit payment for an order you must log in or Register an account, gather the desired items, click checkout, select a shipping option, click checkout, enter in your payment information and click checkout and you should be all set. If you are having trouble processing your order you can call us (518-528-7717) with your credit card and we can process it over the phone.
International Customers
Detailed Image takes great pride in providing our international customers with fast and reliable shipping. We pack orders very carefully and make every effort to ship orders out within 1 - 2 business days. We send products around the world through the United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Through the USPS we offer Express Mail International (EMS) which usually takes about 3 - 5 business days and Priority Mail International which usually takes 6 – 10 business days. These measurements measure how much time it takes to reach your customs office from when the order ships. For more information on our international shipping options please read our Policies page.
Adding products to an existing order
If an order has not shipped out yet we can sometimes add an item(s) to your order to save you from paying shipping twice. Please e-mail us at support [at] detailedimage [dot] com and we'll let you know if we can add the items and how to proceed. Assuming we have enough time to add the items to your order we'll ask you to submit a payment directly via PayPal to (paypal [at] detailedimage [dot] com) or you can call us directly (518-528-7717) with a credit card number.
Order Pickups
Detailed Image does not offer in store or local pick ups at this time.
Problems with Order / Ordering
Errors do happen from time to time and we apologize for any problems you may have with your order. Please e-mail us at support [at] detailedimage [dot] com and let us know specifically what the problem is, your name and the order # (if you already placed the order). We will work hard to provide you with a timely and detailed response. If you would prefer to call in your order please contact us at 518-528-7717.
Changing Personal Information/ (Un)Subscribing to Newsletter
Please log in to your account by clicking My Account which is found in the top right hand corner of the page. Once your logged in you can change information and then make sure you click save. If you have problems logging in please look look at our Problems Logging in or Registering section below.
Gift Certificates
We are happy to offer gift certificates on our site. They make a great gift and can be given to anyone, anywhere, in any amount.

Problems Logging in or Registering
Registering and Registration Problems
Registration is required to make a purchase on Detailed Image. You can sign up for an account on our Register page. You may experience problems registering if you include symbols or other abnormal characters in the address field (other than a #). If you continue to have problems registering please contact us at support [at] detailedimage [dot] com.
Log In Problems
To log in please go to the top right corner and click My Account. You will then be asked to enter in your e-mail address and password. If you can not remember your password please click "Forgot your password?". Then enter your e-mail address and you will answer your secret security question and reset your password. If you can not remember your security question and answer please e-mail us at support [at] detailedimage [dot] com with your name and e-mail address. We will then e-mail you back with the necessary information to log in.

Recommendations
One of the best reasons to shop at Detailed Image is our extensive personal and professional experience with auto detailing products and processes. Additionally we have no direct affiliation with manufacturers therefore we don't have any biases to recommend certain brands or products. We are only focused on getting you the products that best meet your particular needs. Detailing questions and recommendations are primarily handled by Greg who is our in house detailing expert amongst others. In order for Greg to help you effectively as possible we request that you provide detailed information about your needs (the more details the better). Please provide the year, make and model of your vehicle(s) and clearly explain your question, when you e-mail support [at] detailedimage [dot] com.
