Would they buy this item again? No

Detail Factory usually makes great brushes... this is not one of them. It's nice and soft and worked great for a few weeks but it has now lost all of it's life and it droops like a wet noodle. We have other brushes that were less expensive that have lasted 10x longer than this brush.
