One of the really nice things about this product is that it is water-based. A solvent based product can brown rubber, attract dust, and can actually dry out rubber. The final results are wonderful, matte, moisturized, and UV protected seals.
Over thirty years ago, we created a straightforward product designed to condition weather seals around doors, hoods, trunks, and sunroofs. It's a simple, yet essential, car care product. Most car owners don't give their weather seals a second thought. The focus is primarily on maintaining the exterior paint and trim and the interior trim. But when left neglected, weather seals dry up and allow for an increase in wind noise, potential water leaks, and rattling while driving. Great product and works as advertised. Using on all my cars moving forward. It eliminated the infamous hood sticking after not opening it in a while issue on one of my cars.
This product is easy to use. Make your tired door seals look like new and fuction like the used to. I use this every 3-4 months to keep my door seals like new.
I used the product on some black window trim but unfortunately it did not help that much. I think the trim is too weathered and aged.
Wow. This product is fantastic. Not greasy at all. My rubber seals became soft, supple and like new again. The difference is remarkable. I've been able to apply it to my 4 door BMW, and my wife's Highlander - and there's still plenty left. My seals had a lot of fine dust on them (Phoenix) - so I gave them all a quick wipe down with a damp microfiber cloth before starting. Very impressive - this restores life to your door, trunk and window seals and makes them look great. You can't go wrong with Gummi Pflege - plus it's fun to say.

Worked to bring back life into my 30 year old Mercedes. Read all the hype about this product on various forums so I decided to give it a try. No one seemed to carry it in stock. I figured that meant there was demand for this stuff. A week after using it on my window seals and wipers and it seems to be doing the trick. Now its not magic it wont bring the crispy stuff back to life, but I'm amazed at how I can now poke the rubber seal around my window and it feels nice and chewy. Damn Germans !! They know their stuff huh ? If you're on the fence about buying this, I say give it a shot. You will be pleasantly surprised !
I purchased this item hoping it would eliminate the creaking noise coming from the freedom tops on my Jeep Wrangler JK. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
Was worried about using the ole shoe polish ooze and leak squeeze system but it seems to have went on without a hitch, nice dressing and color, let it dry before closing on it.
Had a problem with seals drying out used this product to treat them worked great and brought them back to life so far so good
I purchased Einszett Gummi Pflege to cure my creaking seals on my BMW. So far so good!
I recommend cleaning the weatherstripping first with a solution of H2O and optimum power clean if your weatherstripping is pretty dirty.Let it dry thoroughly,then apply.There's a little button in the middle of the applicator pad that if depressed while inverted and gently squeezing the bottle will dispense more product.I used this method on the door weatherstripping ony C5 'vette with excellent results as the previous owner apparently didn't know that detailing weatherstripping was part of interior/exterior maintenance.Looks like new.
I'm thrifty and have put off trying this product for nearly a decade now. On my last order, I went ahead and got a bottle. Now, I wish I had tried it a long time ago. I'm not a long-time user, so I can't speak to what it does long term. I can say that it provides a non-sticky, even finish to the seals- and looks very nice. Of course you want to clean the seals before application. Hmmm... what else-- the product container is well made too. I've used similar looking containers that are a nightmare of sloppy mess. NOT SO with this. NO drips, and controlled application.
Used this on the seals in my 2000 Mazda Protege. The seals are in good shape, but this product was easy to use, smelled great and left the seals looking very nice. Great product.
I have used the Einszett Gummi Pflege Rubber Care Stick once to care for the rubber seals around my doors and trunk lid. I can’t say that my rubber was much deteriorated, but it certainly did look better after, and I was really more interested in nourishing it and keeping it healthy than trying to repair damaged rubber seals. Application can get a little tricky if you are inverted. You press down on the pad to apply some of the solution, which doesn’t work well upside down. I apply some to a lower seal and then take the stick to the upper seal to use up what is in the pad before repeating. I would recommend giving your rubber a cleaning first, as my applicator pad got dirty quickly. The Einszett Gummi Pflege Rubber Care Stick is a nice little product that I recommend for occasional use.
As of now this stuff has worked flawlessly. I bought this for my fathers BMW X3. The felt seals on each door had this terrible creaking noise and after application it seemed to greatly reduce the noise that was made I will reapply when I get home and see if it further improves the situation.
Great product! Used this on all door seals and now my doors have a more solid sound when they close which I wasn't expecting. It also has a nice subtle citrus scent.
It's crazy how well this product works. I noticed the results immediately !!!
Had been using something very similar from Wurth which is no longer available. This seems to be as good if not better. Use before winter and prevent the doors from sticking.
Very easy to use and provides noticable results in protection and restoration of rubber seals on my 1999 M3 coupe with frameless windows. The seals treated show a softer surface and return to their natural shape much easier than before.
Application is very easy with the foam pad attached to the bottle. I used it on door weatherstripping and rubber trim around my windows. All looked good after application.
Great product in a very convenient to use package. Easily applied to trim around windows. I will see how the durability is compared to another product I have been using for awhile now. Great quick touch up product.
