Note that this has a pH of 13 according to Meg's MSD sheet. So it's Crazy caustic (the scale goes to 14!). pH-neutral wheel cleaners are easy to find here.

I have using this product for years and will continue to do so. Great for cleaning rims inside and out as well as tire, so you avoid having to buy multiple products. Easy on the rims with any finish and will not harm the rim clear coat or finish. Spray, wait a minute of less and use a soft bristle brush for the rim out and Daytona brush for inside and the rim will look new again. Will not harm ceramic coats.

Diluted 4:1, this wheel and tire cleaner is still able to clean everything I throw at it. Does a great job on tires especially.

I wet the wheels thoroughly and apply full strength. Then I use DI wheel woolies to agitate lightly. Rinse and the wheels look new again!

I purchased this primarily for cleaning tires. I used Wesely's Bleach White for years and loved it, but the formula is not the same now that black magic makes it. I gave the Meguiar's a try and it works really well, as well as the original Bleach White. There is a bonus for me, it works great on the wheels too. I used it to remove some very heavy break dust and discoloration, with some soak time and a little agitation I was surprised at how well it worked.

I use this at 3:1 for normal use and it works well. My favorite cleaner.

I diluted it 1 : 1 with distilled water and I was very impressed with the results. At this dilution rate, it's so cheap per quart, I can't see ever switching to another wheel cleaner, period. Great results, low cost!

Worked great at 2:1 ratio on my alloy wheels. I'll have to see if it can work effectively on really dirty wheels, but it meets my expectations as far as a quality wheel cleaner goes.

I mixed this 1/2/w water and it did a good job releasing dirt from the wheels and tires. I suspect it can remain effective enough if it is diluted down to 1/4 strength. After a second application the inner wheel rims had also began to shed years of built up dirt. In general I think it is new of the best values on wheel cleaner.

One con is this may slightly whiten bare aluminum where clear coat is already peeled off but that is a different problem.
