Detailed Image does not accept the return of any tool, machine, or item shipped directly from the manufacturer at this time. Some manufacturers accept returns and some do not. Please use the resources below to learn if your tool qualifies for a return.
Service & Warranty Work
Detailed Image does not perform service or warranty work on any tools at this time, however we're happy to help direct you to the manufacturer for service and warranty work. Each manufacturer has specific guidelines that need to be followed to help you resolve any issues in a timely manner. Most manufacturers have set up warranty and repair centers that have specialists to help ensure your tool will be working great again. Below you will find instructions for each manufacturer.

BLO Car Dryer
- BLO Car Dryer is guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 3 years from date of purchase.
- Any claims for warranty require proof of purchase and apply to the original purchaser.

CR Spotless
- Year warranty on all parts, as long as they were not dropped or broken on purpose.
- Returns: Within 30 days. Contact us directly and we will work with CR Spotless directly to take care of you.
