Would they buy this item again? Yes

I bought this item because of the holiday sale. The quality is very poor...the kind you would see at the Dollar Store. My recommendation is to skip this and for the Detailed Image store to not stock these. In regards to function, it was difficult to apply even pressure on the pad otherwise it was able to clean the windows as well as the conventional method.
