Getting a new vehicle is the perfect time to start detailing. When you have the right products you can protect your vehicle so it looks like new for years to come and has a higher resale value. Detailed Image has outlined a thorough new car prep package that gives you everything you need to clean, protect and shine your entire vehicle. We have hand selected some of the finest detailing products in the world to create this kit. Protect your investment and enhance the aesthetics of your vehicle with this outstanding package.

Get two wash buckets to start off the detail with and fill them both about 2/3 full. Put the Grit Guard in the bucket for rinsing to help loosen contaminants that may get stuck in your Lake Country Blue Grout Sponge. Pour about 1 - 2 ounces of the Chemical Guys Maxi Suds II in the shampoo bucket and fill the bucket with more water until the suds reach the top. Soak your Lake Country Blue Grout Sponge in the shampoo and water solution until it's saturated and begin washing your vehicle from top down. Rinse the sponge frequently in the rinse bucket and then dip it back in the shampoo mix and repeat until you are done. After you completed the washing process dry the vehicle off in a shaded area with your extra large (2x) DI Microfiber Waffle Weave Drying Towels. Start from the top and blot dry the surface until it's thoroughly dry. These towels are super absorbent, paint safe and washable.

Brand new vehicles are often transported on trains and don't get the best care at dealerships, even high end brands. During this time it's very common for contaminants to bond to the surface just like when the vehicle is being driven. To remove these stubborn build ups we recommend using a clay bar and clay lube. This process may seem foreign, but it's really quite easy and safe to do. Simply spray the clay lube, Chemical Guys Luber, on a 2ft x 2ft section and glide the clay bar, DI Accessories Gentle Fine Grade Clay Bar, from left to right and up and down. It safely pulls away contaminants and deep cleans the paint. Simply wipe the area down with the DI All Purpose Microfiber Towel to remove the clay lube, remold the clay so it's flat like a pancake and repeat the process. You can use the clay on the paint, glass, wheels, coated and smooth trim pieces and more.

Now that the surface is really clean lets protect it with a quality sealant like the Chemical Guys M-Seal. Sealants last far longer than waxes and will provide a great shine as well. Simply pour a dime sized drop on your Lake Country Red Foam Applicator and buff it on in a circular motion. Wait at least 15 minutes and then buff off the excess sealant with a microfiber towel. The paint should now look glossier and feel slick underneath your DI Microfiber Ultra Plush Towel.

For the wheels we have provided you with the Chemical Guys Wheel and Rim Citrus Cleaner that is pH neutral and safe on all wheels. Simply spray it on the wheels and let it sit for about 1 - 2 minutes and then agitate it with the second Lake Country Blue Grout Sponge. Now that the wheels are clean protect them from road grime and high temperature brake dust build up with the Chemical Guys M-Seal. This formula helps keep contaminants on the surface and not etched in to the wheel. This makes the wheels much easier to clean and keeps them looking better for longer. Take the second Lake Country Red Foam Applicator and pour a few small drops on your applicator. Buff it on the wheel nice and thin and wait 15 minutes or more before removing the excess product with the DI All Purpose Microfiber Towel. When you are done dress the tires with the Poorboy's World Bold n Bright. Simply apply a light coating on the Lake Country Tire Dressing Applicator and buff it on evenly. This product helps nourish the rubber and there is virtually no sling if applied correctly because this formula is actually absorbed in by the rubber. The tires will look very dark and glossy which makes them sure to catch the eye!

Interior care is kept pretty simple, with a theme of protection. If you are starting with a brand new vehicle, there probably will not be much that needs to be cleaned. For your interior surfaces that are vinyl, rubber, plastic, and leather, give them a nice matte finish and UV protection with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Just spray a light coating on your All Purpose Microfiber Towel and wipe the desired areas with a light coating. For your carpet, mats and headliner protect them from stains with 303 High Tech Fabric Guard. Simply spray them with this outstanding formula and they will be well protected from stains. This makes future cleanings much easier and preserves the fabrics. If you need to be clean up any stains or simply remove a light layer of dust use some 303 Cleaner & Spot Remover before applying your protection. The 303 Cleaner and Spot Remover works great on vinyl, plastic and fabrics.

Right off the bat, your leather can be protected with just the 303 Aerospace Protectant, but for maintaining your leather, Poorboy's Leather Stuff is a great option to use every couple of months. Pour a quarter sized drop on the terry cloth applicator and buff it on the leather evenly and wipe the leather down with an All Purpose Microfiber Towel when you are done. This product gently cleans and conditions, while leaving behind some UV protection and a great leather scent. This is the perfect one step product for seats made of leather, coated leather, vinyl, etc.

Chemical Guys Window Clean is what we recommend for cleaning both interior and exterior glass, and best of all, it is safe for tinted windows. The most common thing we notice when people complain about streaky glass is that they over apply glass products. A small mist is all that is needed to clean a window or two. We recommend applying the Window Clean with one of the All Purpose Microfiber Towels, working it in slowly from left to right, then up and down. Take a separate, clean All Purpose Microfiber Towel and wipe off any residue left behind, exerting pressure with your fingertips and working slowly. Follow up with your Glass Microfiber Towel to ensure a streak free finish.
