'TamBmr' of San Rafael, CAI want to share my experience working with Detailed Image, and specifically Greg. I have been in the retail/wholesale/manufacturing business for almost 40 years. I was trained at a time when customer service mattered and the customer really did come first. As most of you undoubtedly would agree, today it is all done as part of someone's ad campaign without substance behind it. However, the service, knowledge and after-sale follow up by Detailed Image is some of THE best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Detailed Image and the line of products they carry. At first, like a lot of the posts I read, I was asking myself if I should spend this kind of money obtaining the full package from them including the buffer. Well, I do not need to justify it in my own mind any longer. These products are so far ahead of the pack in ease of use, removal, and most important, results. I am a customer for life! I have been telling my friends the same thing too. Fellow e46 owners: Most of us take pride in our cars, that's one big reason why we are on this website. When you consider the investment to own an e46, and how gorgeous these cars are, they do deserve the best. Some of these products may initially seem kind of expensive compared to off-the-shelf brands, but that all goes away after using them. Plus, you need so little to get the job done, it works out to be very economical. Even though it is some work, it is kind of a personal bonding experience (you know what I mean), and very relaxing. The bottom line is you will actually feel better driving your car.

Hey Greg,
Got up at 7:00am and I decided to wash the car and not take any chances. I wrapped the wheels in plastic to keep them dry and clean. Well I just got finished with everything except the Carnauba and I have to tell you that the car has never looked better, so much so that my neighbor of 8 months that I never really talk to (maybe twice) came over to tell me that the car looks brand new and a detail of that magnitude would run between $300.00 and $400.00. I have to say that I couldn't be happier with results of ALL the products and I really appreciate all your guidance. I would have never have done this if it weren't for your insight on the forums and quick response to all my e-mails. I will be placing an order for additional pads, towels and if you have a pad cleaner. Otherwise can you tell me how to clean the pads. I wanted to continue and do the Carnauba but I didn't have the pad for it. I just got my package today, Klasse all in one, Klasse sealer glaze, and applicators and 303 Protectant. Including business cards and a signed letter is very classy and really shows you two care about your business and ultimately your customer’s satisfaction. You are really doing a great job and I will surely revisit your store in the future, there is no avoiding the necessity of a porter cable so eventually I will order it from you.

I figured hey, this must be quite a reputable place everybody seems to love them and they seem very knowledgeable. So, I placed an order for Menzerna IP and FPII, and it shipped in one day!!! Just wanted to say thanks for the quick ship of the products I recently ordered from you. I've been following the thread you started at www.e46fanatics.com and have been inspired! I'll be reconditioning a previously owned and abused, 2001 black sapphire bmw 325ci next weekend. I'm really looking forward to the project and re-releasing the beauty of my cars paint. It also is very effective at providing information without trying to sell a product which, I'm sure you know, can be somewhat annoying. I purchased some of your products recently and this weekend finally had The time to work on my car. I used your pads along with SSR1, Klasse AIO and Klasse HGSG and finished with a coat of carnauba wax. My black 325i never looked so good. I've been stopped twice in parking lots to be asked about how I got it looking like this. WOW!!
