• Detailed Image is committed to helping conserve resources and recycle when possible. We make every effort to re-use boxes, packing materials, etc. when they are deemed in "good" condition. We encourage our customers to try and reuse packing materials as well.
• Detailed Image makes every effort to ship all orders placed before 9:00am Eastern Standard Time the same business day they are placed. Orders after 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time may be processed the same day but will more commonly be shipped the following business day. Occasionally there are delays beyond our control or back ordered items that can cause delays. FedEx ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and some select Express services. Detailed Image is not responsible for delays relating to FedEx’s services. Detailed Image is not responsible for any damages resulting from delayed shipments.
• Any APO or International order will be shipped via United States Postal Service with no exceptions. Detailed Image is not responsible for delays relating to United States Postal Service or any other carriers shipping service. International delivery time estimates are measured in business days only and are designed to measure the amount of time it takes to get the order to customs offices, not home delivery. Detailed Image is not responsible for any damages resulting from delayed or damaged deliveries.
• Estimated time of deliveries from FedEx and United States Postal Service are not guarantees and should only be used as an estimate. Detailed Image is not responsible for any damages resulting from delayed deliveries. Detailed Image is not responsible for any additional charges that result from international shipping such as duties, fees, taxes, etc.
• Orders containing an aerosol product can only be shipped via Ground services. If any expedited shipping option is selected that requires air transportation the order will automatically be changed to Ground Shipping and the proper dollar amount will be refunded when applicable. Detailed Image is not responsible for any damages resulting from delayed deliveries.
• Orders that contain incorrect or undeliverable shipping information, as entered by the customer, which can not be delivered by any carrier, will have the customer be responsible for additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. If the customer then cancels the order there shall be no refund for any shipping charges. If there are charges for sending the item back to Detailed Image the additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Unopened products are available for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to Detailed Image and any ensuing shipping charges. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to your account or a check will be issued for the amount of the return. Under no circumstances will a credit card be charged back.
• All Porter Cable, Flex and Metropolitan Vacuum Cleaner, Co., Inc. sales are final. Returns on defective items must be sent back to the manufacturer. Each company has a manufacturer’s warranty. • If you feel as though a product you have purchased through Detailed Image may be defective, returns should be made directly through the manufacturer. If you need help finding the contact information of a manufacturer you may contact Detailed Image.

In order to place an order with Detailed Image, you must first complete the registration form and/or create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about services, sales, coupons, special offers, problems with orders and information that you have expressed interest in.
