The Autofiber Saver Applicator Mitt Blue and Gray takes the popular saver applicator barrier from the Autofiber Saver Applicators and applies it to a finger mitt! The hydrophobic layer, between the outer microfiber layer and inner mitt layers, preventing your favorite products from absorbing into the surface so you don't waste product. This applicator can be used with virtually any detailing product but it's especially valuable with coatings that are very expensive. Additionally the material is very soft and paint safe! The two-tone design will help you keep track of each side that has been used and differentiate it from other detailing products. These mitts measure 5" x 4" fitting over two to three fingers, so you can easily control applications and reach tight or small areas with ease. Just slip the mitt over your fingers, apply some of the desired product to the mitt and you will be all set to start applying. This microfiber finger mitt coating applicator has an added layer of a hydrophobic material between the microfiber and inner layers.

I am a fan of the mini saver applicators and though this might be a potential replacement for exterior coating application... I was wrong as I found them to be difficult to maneuver when putting my fingers in the pouch and not as efficient as the blocks when holding them like a pad. However, holding it like a pad, it was fantastic for interior ceramics... it held enough product to cover a good sized area, was easy to maneuver and fit nicely into seams and corners. The only time I needed to pull out a micro suede cloth was for the smallest vents and some very tight seams. Also, I used 10-15% less product than I did when using standard 4x4 micro suede cloths. Hopefully a micro suede version is in the works for sensitive surfaces (personal preference), but I will continue to use these on interiors)
