Product Description
The CarPro Glass Pad will help you easily remove ultra-fine scratches, water spots, and other stubborn imperfections in your glass! Every time you take your car out for a drive, whether it is on the highway or just out on the town for a cruise, it is subjected to dirt, grime, and debris hitting it at high speeds. This contamination can cause pitting and other imperfections in the glass, which can make driving dangerous as it can affect your visibility drastically. If your glass is really bad, we recommend contacting your insurance company for a complete replacement, but if you only have light imperfections or simply want to try and fix it yourself first, the CarPro Glass Pads are fantastic. Rayon is manufactured cellulose fiber that is most commonly used in the textile industry. Rayon is considered a semi-synthetic fiber because it is not completely synthetic or natural but rather produced from naturally occurring polymers. CarPro took this material and packed it into these thin, flexible polishing pads. It features a hook and loop backing, making it super easy to secure to any hook and loop backing plate, on a rotary or dual action polisher. When you are polishing your glass, you want to always make sure you keep the surface wet to prevent overheating, which can cause distortion and/or cracking of the disc. We recommend using the CarPro Ceriglass Glass Polish, but your favorite glass polish will work great as well! Once you are finished you will be amazed at how clean your glass is. If you do not have a polisher, or simply want to work by hand, check out the CarPro Glass Rayon Hand Applicator. Grab the CarPro Glass Pad and bring your glass surfaces back to life!Customer Reviews
Let me start by saying, "I'm a big fan of Carpro." However, these pads failed me after the initial use.

Would they buy this item again? Yes
I used this pad, in conjunction with the Ceriglass kit, to restore the side windows on a 2001 F-150, which were lined up so badly, you couldn't even see through them, in low sun. Using this pad on a Griot's BOSS orbital buffer, I was able to completely remove the striping. It did not remove any deeper scratches, but that was expected. The pad in the kit was necessary to get the edges of the windows.
The pad came apart within 10 minutes of using it.
