The COLOURLOCK Clean & Care Kit with Mild Leather Cleaner and Leather Protector gently cleans, nourishes and protects all pigmented top-grain and corrected-grain leathers. Pigmented smooth leather is the most commonly used leather for cars and furniture. If you rub water on it, it will not penetrate the surface. This set is not recommended for absorbent leather such as aniline, suede or nubuck.

Mild Cleaner 4.22 fl. oz. with cleaning sponge:
Never apply directly onto the leather and always test on a hidden area first! Apply some cleaner to the sponge and clean the leather from seam to seam. Repeat the procedure if necessary. Rinse off cleaner residue with a clean moist cloth. Allow to dry away from sunlight and sources of heat. Deeply ingrained dirt should be removed with the COLOURLOCK Leather Cleaning Brush.
Leather Protector 5.07 fl. oz. with viscose cloth:
COLOURLOCK Leather Protector is a cream containing a UV-filter complex and antioxidants. It protects full-grain and coated leathers from drying and fading. Regular Care extends the lifespan of leather. After first cleaning with COLOURLOCK Mild Leather Cleaner, apply a thin layer of cream with a soft cloth. Always test on a hidden area before full application! One application offers 3 to 6 months protection under normal conditions. As Leather protector is a concentrated product, applying too thickly can make some surfaces slightly grey. This can be removed with a moist cloth.

I bought this kit to restore a Porsche leather steering wheel back to its original tack (for the record, I used an AI engine to advise on the best product to do just that and it pointed me to Colourlock). Sadly, it had almost no impact - I can't tell the difference between before and after use of the cleaner, followed by the conditioner. If your steering wheel is shiny/less grippy than you would would hope, set your expectations low on this kit making an improvement.... especially at this price point.
