Thick bristles that are soft and can work up a nice lather. I'd trust this on painted wheels or even grills any day!

Professional use brush...YES it is expensive for 1 Brush but it is so worth the money. They are excellent quality boars hair brushes that I have had for close to a year. If maintained correctly and washed after uses I can see them lasting 5 years.

I deliberated on purchasing this for quite a while - $34 for a brush is pretty steep, but in this case it was definitely worth it. I've used it on multiple wheel types, and it works well at all. It's particularly effective with larger spoke designs, as it has a bit of a harder time getting into vertical edges. I make sure to rinse it thoroughly after use and hang up to dry - not sure why the reviewer that said it "fell apart after a couple days in my bucket" figured it was a good idea to leave an expensive brush just setting in a bucket.

Cons: Doesn't work well on narrow spokes

Definitely took a minute for me to talk myself into buying this brush when you have other wheel brushes for 1/5 the price. I actually bought the DI All purpose exterior brush to compare this too for cleaning the face of wheels. I'll be saving that for wheel wells because the Boars hair one is night and day better on the wheels. I don't regret this purchase at all.

Quality brush. Soft, Dense boar's hair bristles don't marr the surface. This brush will make you question all wheel brushes you have used previously. Has held up well with little initial shedding. You get what you pay for, and it's worth it's price, would buy again.

I was hesitant to buy this brush due to the price. It was a great purchase. Creates a lot of suds on my rims and the long bristles remove all of the dirt, grime, and brake dust. I haven't noticed any cons for this brush. It is the best wheel brush I have bought. It is gentle and wont scratch my rims. It cleans everywhere I want it to.

Overall, great product that does what it says it does. Thumbs up for this one!

I purchased this brush almost 8 months ago and have been using it for the faces of most wheels in conjunction with Meguiars APC or Sonax WCP. The durability of the brush is surprising considering the exposure to water, chemicals and brake dust. My single boars hair brush has surpassed the life of 3-4 flag-tipped brushes and shows no signs of giving up.The hair is delicate on the wheel finish and performs really well with cleaners! Not bad for a $30-40 brush.
