After the first week of use, these glass drying towels appear to work well. The waffle weave pattern absorbs water quickly, much like the larger waffle weave towel used on car exteriors. No lint is left behind. A couple of the towel edges (out of 20) seem to fray slightly after a first washing, we'll see how they hold up.
