DIY Detail 5 Year Ceramic Coating Reviews

Easy to apply, user friendly, durable, and glossy.

This was the second time using this product as a DIY Detail "stack" 5+3 coating. This is very easy to apply (not the easiest I have applied) but so far definitely the most durable. Great "How to" videos makes DIY Detail my favorite new company for car wash/detailing products.

The product itself was actually really good. However, when I opened it the plastic case over the dropper was cracked. Every time I went to put a few drops on the sponge it would leak and drip down the bottle. I've been detailing and ceramic coating for years and this bottle should have lasted at least one suv, this bottle didn't even cover one small sedan. Very disappointed in this DIY Detail product.

I would recommend this ceramic coating to a diy-er. My advice is to utilize the diy detail app polish before applying the ceramic coating.

I recently used the DIY 5 year on a customer's car 3 days ago. It was glossy and slick and just looked great! They loved it, and that made me happy. THE WOW FACTOR. I have been Detailing for over 20 years now and this 5 year was easy on and off! I used the whole bottle on this Acura SUV and will be purchasing this again!

I just paint corrected and coated a customers 1999 Red Ford Lightning with the 5 year DIY. The 30ml was just big enough to complete this job. I highly recommend. Excellent application with a very visible flash. Removal was super easy with a visible leveling effect as you wipe. Gloss is excellent. I will be using this as a go to for my customers from now on.
