Griot's Garage THE BOSS Hybrid Micro Polisher Reviews
Customer Reviews
Not a pro-level tool, in my opinion. Stalls way too easily with the DA head. Additionally, the shaft change out process is cumbersome and difficult to get to "latch". I wanted to like this polisher, as I have other Griots polishers that are great. I do a lot of headlight restorations and paint corrections. This one will sit out most of my jobs. Lastly, most detailers like myself don't like the push button power adjustments; you can only adjust when the unit is spinning. I prefer the dial speed selection; you know exactly what speed the polisher is on by looking at the dial.
On the plus side, the device is light, well balanced, and quiet.

I've used every cordless polisher on the market and I can say all in all this Griots micro polisher is the best in its class.
Pros:
Unbelievably quiet
Tons of power
Low vibration
Great rpm options and nice variable trigger
Adjustable head is a gamer changer
Great ergonomics and lightweight.
The changing of the drives can be a bit finicky but you get used to it quickly.
