The IK Multi Pro 2 Sprayer will help you easily spray your favorite detailing chemicals! When using a traditional spray bottle, you can quickly become tired when having to pull the trigger over and over. With the IK Multi Pro 2, you will have everything you loved about the IK Multi 1.5 Sprayer, with some newly added features! The Multi Pro 2 features a pump at the top of the bottle, allowing you to pump up the pressure and disperse your favorite detailing chemical with the simple push of the thumb trigger. Hold the trigger and the product within the bottle will be dispersed until the pressure in the bottle has been completely released. This not only saves you the effort of multiple trigger pulls, but can save you valuable detailing time as well. This bottle features a safety valve with depressurization and a protective sleeve for the valve chamber. This protective sleeve works optimally with disinfectants, neutral products, and acids. It is also suitable with solvent-based pesticides, alcohols, and oils, solvents and petroleum by-products. The new trigger lock system helps you avoid any accidental discharges and the non-wobble base saves the unit from accidental tip-overs. The two new color caps fit on the end of the hollow handle, which also acts as a storage area for your fan sprayer and your multi-spray tip. Whichever tip you are not using, toss in the handle to keep safe. I use ONR for pretreatment for washing ceramic coated cars. It is fast, easy, and precise.
Love the sprayer! It's fun to use. It's ergonomic--the handle feels comfortable, and it's powerful! It really puts down a lot of solution fast. It comes with two nozzles. One has a very wide (fan) spray pattern. The other can be adjusted to spray a mist or a jet. Plus, DI has replacement parts which may be needed in the future. A couple of minor drawbacks: you can't lock in the trigger to spray continuously. In other words, you have to keep pressing the button to dispense solution. And opening the chamber is a bit awkward. Nonetheless, it's a great tool.
I've resisted buying this spray for a couple years due to it's price. I've been getting by with cheap Harbor Freight pump sprayers and they work, just not very well. Last week, I bit the bullet and bought the latest IK pump sprayer. The difference between the IK and the cheapies are night and day. First, it pumps up much faster and easier. Next the spray pattern is WAY better. The IK has made rinseless pre-spray so much faster and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
