The P&S Defender SiO2 Protectant is an easy to apply spray on protection product! No matter if you are a professional or an enthusiast, we are always looking for an easy way to protect the exterior of our vehicles and make them look great. With Defender, you can simply spray onto the surface and wipe away with a clean microfiber towel and you are done.The application is really that easy and the high-quality formula can be applied to paint, glass, trim, metals and more. Defender can be applied as a stand-alone protection product, or as a topper on an existing coating layer. Just one layer can last months instead of weeks and extend the life of existing coatings. Not only does it create incredible gloss, slickness and durable protection, but it will also repel water from the surface, making it more difficult for dirt, mud, and other road grime to stick. Directions:
If used as a coating topper ensure coating has had time to set up prior to Defender installation. In most cases we recommend 1 hour minimum. Always apply to a cool surface when possible and out of direct sunlight. Defender may be applied directly to the paint surface or sprayed on to a microfiber towel and wipe applied. Once applied spread evenly for uniform application in a 3' x 3' area, allow to set for a brief moment flip microfiber towel and wipe to bright finish. Repeat process over entire vehicle.

Great product as topper or stand alone gloss slickness and hydrophobics are awesome not sure on longevity yet but shouldn't disappoint
Figured I'd give this a shot for my maintenance clients. I dont get surprised for the good with many products but this one is very nice! So far I have it on four vehicles ranging from ruby red, black, white, and grey. The product was applied in direct sun on purpose and Ive had zero issues with it. It has literally sped up my maintenance details by half. I have used some high dollar well known products on glass before with crap results but this one is spot on with no issues of streaking or cloudiness on exterior glass. I purposely tried to get it to streak by not following the directions and it didn't happen on glass or paint. it was 93 degrees one day and high 80's the other here in Florida. Now the last test before I replace my current go-to will be longevity, time will tell. I haven't tested the beading yet but slickness and gloss is off the charts!
We have tried this on only 2 vehicles but with indesirable results. One was a red car and the other a black vehicle. Both had no protection on them. We followed the instructions but both vehicles it was extremely hard to remove and left streaking. The gloss and shine is there just not like the other products in this catergory that perform with better results. The run 2 different temperature controlled shops, and both with the same results
