Returns
Unopened and unused products are available for return 30 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to Detailed Image and any ensuing shipping charges. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.
Tool Returns & Service
Detailed Image does not accept the return of any tool, machine, or item shipped directly from the manufacturer at this time. Each manufacturer has specific guidelines and processes that need to be followed if they accept returns or need to service your tool. Masks & Filters
For the safety of our employees and our customers, all mask and mask filter sales are final. Returns of these items will not be accepted.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We request that you contact us before you ship us back any incorrect or damaged items. We will give you the option of a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional charge.

Click below to download our return form. All returns must include this form. For faster processing, email this form to returns@detailedimage.com along with your return shipment's tracking number.
Please note that if you are returning your items via USPS, the return will be delivered to our PO Box that is not located within our gated warehouse community. Once delivered, it will take a few business days for any returns to be picked up, causing a slight delay in processing. If you are pressed for time, we highly recommend FedEx or UPS because they deliver directly to our warehouse.
