Product Description

For Removing P800/P1000 Sanding Marks on Production Gelcoat and Severely Oxidized Boats.

XC-100 EXTRA-CUT COMPOUND is engineered for superior performance on freshly applied Gelcoat and mold maintenance. Ideal for OEMs and boat manufacturers.

Directions

Shake well before use.
Select the pad type based on the desired level of defect removal and surface hardness.
Prime pad by applying Rupes Extra-Cut Compound to its face.
Work the product over a section 6 times the size of the polishing pad. applying light to moderate pressure.
Wipe away the residue with a clean, soft microfiber cloth and inspect the surface for results.
Pair with Rupes pads for the optimal experience.

Tips For Success:

Decontaminate the surface thoroughly before stating any polishing.
Clean pads frequently with compressed air or the Rupes Claw Pad Tool to maintain consistent performance.
Avoid over-saturating the pad with compound.
For optimal performance, always use Rupes polishing pads. The Twisted Rotary wool pad is recommended for rotary tools, while the D-A Bloe wool pad is recommended for dual-action tools to achieve maximum cutting.
