Would they buy this item again? Yes

The ULTRA H2O feels solid, comfortable and well built. The smooth trigger, compact design and the swivel make pressure washing easier to control, especially during longer detailing sessions. The added feature of nozzle stored on the gun is welcomed. Overall, it feels like a noticeable upgrade over a standard pressure washer gun.
