This is the third light I have bought, we do over a dozen cars pr. week this light in eater the rechargeable or battery style simply is a hobbyists tool at best. The last one broke putting batteries in it, had to be taped together from new in order to work.

I'm torn with about this light.
For portability and ease of use, you can't beat this light. I love the ability to have the pivoting heads to have side by side comparison as well.

However I was slightly disappointed in a few things.
First off, they weren't nearly as bright as I would've hoped. Not horrible, but kind of iffy. Second, the battery life is extremely poor, especially given that it's an LED flashlight. The 1000 watt dual halogen lamp setup I have cost LESS than this flashlight. Granted, they are more cumbersome and not quite as easy to move around for 'quick looks', but even so I don't think I would purchase or recommend this product.

A great product that I use often to inspect my car's paint job.. It does exactly what it says it does. I highly recommend this product for the perfectionist at heart.

Great light for finding scratches, swirls, defects, etc., in paintwork. Much easier to use than hot halogen lights, which also have their place, but this tool is much better.
Since its LED's the drain on the batteries is much less than a standard halogen bulb would require - I really like this product !! Dan F

This light alows you to see were corrections in the paint are needed. I would highly recommend this tool be added for show car quality detailing
