Rubber Black Dye
Manufacturer: LeatheriqueSize: 16 oz
If you want your rubber any vinyl surfaces to look black and stay black then you need the Leatherique Rubber Black Dye. With one simple coating you will instantly get dark looking vinyl and rubber that is like new again. Rubber moldings, trim, hoses, etc can easily fade and become unsightly. Give your trim its original glow back and help keep it looking great for years to come with the Rubber Black. Often times door panels, dashboard, exterior trim and more will become faded from harmful UV rays, old wax or harsh cleaning materials. The Rubber Black quickly restores a nice deep and dark finish. Just pour a little bit of the Rubber Black on an applicator or cloth and wipe it on almost any vinyl or rubber surface. Don’t worry if it hits the exterior paint because you can easily wipe it off as long as you do it in a timely manner. The Rubber Black fully cures in under an hour so you don’t have any residue on the surface. Don’t let your faded vinyl and rubber be an eye sore any longer, treat them quickly and easily with the Leatherique Rubber Black Dye.
I was a bit skeptical at first as I've tried other products with mediocre results. However, after trying this on some trim I was truly impressed. Two applications and the faded trim piece looked brand new. Very little product was required and this bottle will last me a long time. I highly recommend this for any faded or slightly damaged trim. On slightly damaged trim(it looked like someone had burnt it with a buffer) I found sanding it some 400 grit followed by 800 and 2000 followed by this product made it look brand new.

I bought this off of the recommendation of Greg @ detailedimage.com . One application was perfect in restoring the vinyl and rubber trim on my black 540. I simply used a foam applicator to apply after taping off the trim so no extra dye got onto the paint. I'm not too sure how long the results will last however it took so little that the bottle will last for years.
