CarPro HydrO2 Lite Reviews

This is a great product to use on wheels. I have not tried it on paint. Wash, decontaminate, then spray Hydro2 on the wheel and rinse off. Very easy, looks great and the wheel is protected.

Very good product. Hydrophobics were decent, not quite WetCoat but close. It did have a great shine after though. Would definitely be a toss up between the two and I'd probably choose whichever is cheaper at the time.

Super quick to use with great results. I use it all the time in my business for regular details as well as ceramic coating maintainence. Do not use it on a hot panel in the sun!! You will get streaking. As long as you use it on a cool panel in the shade I've never had an issue, and I definitely love this product! I also prefer this over Gyeon's WetCoat due to the fact that it claims to offer some UV protection as well, where as WetCoat does not.

Very good hydrophobic's for a spray on rinse off. Avoid spraying on glass.

So it's a Carpro product, really what else needs to be said? Quick, effective and provides amazing gloss and hydrophobic properties.

I have been using this carpro hydro2 on my cars for four years now and counting I tell you it makes my life easy application and maintenance and now using it on my new 2020 Silverado , highly recommend this sealant.

Great shine and so easy to use. Not sure how long it will protect but it sheets water very well. A little pricey but I think I'm going to continue to use because of those factors.

I use this primarily to seal wheels, undercarriages, and other hard to reach areas and it does a fantastic job! It works great as a topper for coated wheels or standalone and makes cleaning them easier. I don't use it on paint traditionally cause I prefer reload for that application. But it would be just fine as long as you follow the directions. Make sure to shake it well. Durability real world is about a month so perfect in between maintenance washes for my customers and myself.

I'm not as crazy about this stuff as everyone else but I like it. It seems to leave a nice shine. Rinsing quickly and thoroughly is no joke, though. It will leave stains that need to be wiped off asap. I also notice a lot of sediment in the bottle no matter how hard I shake. Other than that I like it and will continue to use it.

Hydro2Lite is one of the easiest products to use for maintaining wheels. I do not personally use it on paint or glass, but I know that it is also a viable solution there as well. If you have a ceramic coating on your wheels, this is the perfect mate for the coating with each maintenance wash.

The easiest way to protect wheels, love this product as I love most CarPro stuff, quality is top of the line, CarPro is one of my favorites of detail supplies.

This stuff is my new go to! It could not be easier to do. I have not had it on my trucks more than a couple days, and no rain yet so I am unsure of longevity, but on a Ram 2500 and a Jeep GC this cut my typical hand applied sealant or Adams h20 G&G time in half!! The water beaded up and came off easy with the sheet rinse method. I did not experience any streaking. May buy the concentrate version and dilute just to get more bang for my buck! And the shipping was fast and everything arrived very well packaged. Plan to buy more in the future!!

I love this stuff. I use it on my cars, counter tops and the tile in my shower.

Very easy to use and is changing the detail game! I love using these on wheels after a deep cleaning. Just spray on, wait a few seconds and spray off and your wheels are protected. Once you buy this product, you will see what you've been missing. Looking forward to getting the non Lite version from DI soon.

I really like this product, but it can tend to be a little unpredictable. Sometimes the application is perfect, while other times you may wind up with some bad streaking/spotting. Someone had suggested to dilute it a little bit more and it seems to have helped the process.

Does not come with sprayer.

I had a big problem with this on my Black Grand Cherokee. It's my application though not the product.

I think either I mis-applied it (too much) or applied it to soon as there was still some beading from other sealant on paint. I also could have just not rinsed it as thoroughly as needed too. It caused lots of streaks on body panels and windows. I will have to strip the Jeep and re apply. Worked great on my Honda rims and body though.
